Inspired by Mother Earth, designed by Raina and forged by Ruben. Our hexagons are cut and hammered into shape by hand; while they all have a similar feel, no two are identical. Each reflects the ancient process of blacksmithing and has its own one-of-a-kind personality.
Forged out of 3/16" mild steel plate and finished with raw, local beeswax. Each of the 5 sides is roughly 2.5" long and the cross measurement from point to point is approximately 5". The tray rises about 5/8" tall around the edges. The flattened bottom is about 2.75" in diameter, allowing for a stable base and a level spot for a pillar candle inside (there is a beeswax pillar depicted in one of the photos that is just under 2" in diameter).
This listing is for THREE or MORE HEXAGON TRAYS. Select your number of choice when adding your order to your cart. If you'd like a quantity you don’t see, please contact us.
Let these trays speak for themselves as sculptural pieces, nest candles on them or use them to hold/display treasures. Trays are solid (with the trio weighing in at over 2 lbs) and will stand strong for generations, making them unique heirloom pieces.
Makes a lovely 6th anniversary gift (iron anniversary), 11th anniversary gift (steel anniversary), wedding gift or housewarming gift.
