Mondays at Durham Community Hall, 5:45-7pm Sept 18 - Nov 13 (no class Thanksgiving Mon), 8 weeks for $105 (hst included)

This all-levels yoga will empower you to tend to your body, mind & spirit.  A gentle flow style will meet you where you are, inviting mindful stretching & strengthening while cultivating a deep connection to your self & your well-being.  Variations will be offered to support you in finding what works best for your body.

*When you register for an 8-week session, add access to my yoga video library to support your home practice for the two months for $20 (regularly $25/month).

YOGA VIDEO LIBRARY:

A selection of yoga videos to support your home practice.  Show up for yourself! Nourish your body, mind and spirit. 
The videos are a combination of recordings from my live online classes as well as other sequences.  They range from 12 minutes to 75 minutes with all different themes, so you can choose the best fit for you each time.  There are currently almost 40 videos in the library.  Monthly subscription begins on the 1st of each month.  $25/month.  Email to register with payment by etransfer.
